FAQs

What is Nitro Coffee?

Nitrogen enhances inherent coffee flavors and adds a smooth finish to the cold brew coffee product, similar to that of a stout beer. Because Nitrogen molecules are smaller in size than those of Carbon Dioxide, infusing Nitrogen makes it harder for the coffee in the water to dissolve, resulting a full-bodied mouthfeel. Infusing coffee with Nitrogen also gives it a creamy finish without any milk, and dilutes the acidity tied to a traditional cold brew, making it easier on the stomach.

Does Nitro have more caffeine than traditional coffee?

Yes; our coffee has about 1.5x the amount of caffeine of a regular cup of coffee.

How do I get on Cloud Nine?

Schedule a free tasting! We are happy to come and provide a free tasting for your office, café, or restaurant.

How long does a keg stay fresh?

We’ve never had a keg go bad under proper refrigeration. Kegs stay fresh for at least a month, but we wouldn’t recommend drinking from a keg after six weeks.

Does cold brew need to be refrigerated?

Yes! Nitro cold brew needs to stay refrigerated at all times. Never drink warm cold brew. Always make sure Nitro is served and poured cold to ensure freshness.
